Creators Club Training team contract
I. Parties & Purpose
This Training Team Contract ("Agreement") is entered into between Creators Club ("Company") and the undersigned dancer and/or parent/guardian ("Member"). The purpose of this Agreement is to outline expectations, commitments, and policies for participation on a Creators Club Training Team for the full season.
II. Season Term
The Crew Season Dates: March 3, 2026 - June 20, 2026
The Collective Season Dates: March 5, 2026 - June 20, 2026
This Agreement applies for the full season and is binding once signed.
Early withdrawal does not release financial or contractual obligations unless approved in writing by the Company.
III. Team Philosophy & Values
Creators Club Training Teams are built on the Company’s core values:
Strong Leaders Build Strong Dancers – dancers are expected to grow as leaders, teammates, and role models.
Make a Friend – dancers contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment.
Members agree to uphold these values in and out of the studio, including at performances, competitions, and online.
IV. Communication & Resources
Creators Club will use Band as the primary communication platform for Training Team Members. Band will be used to share important resources and updates, including:
Tentative and updated season calendars
The Creators Club Code of Conduct & Policies
Team and leadership contact information
Major announcements and updates
Members are responsible for regularly checking Band and staying informed of posted communications. Failure to review or acknowledge messages does not exempt Members from policies, deadlines, or expectations.
V. Member Benefits & Opportunities
Training Team Members receive benefits for the duration of the season, including:
Access to special pop-up classes (open to the public)
Free team merchandise specific to the team or program
Leadership development opportunities within the community
Increased consideration for placement into higher-level programs
A streamlined pathway toward future teaching opportunities at Creators Club
These benefits are privileges of membership and may be adjusted or revoked if the Member is not in good standing.
Good standing is defined as remaining current on payments, following the Code of Conduct, and maintaining consistent communication regarding attendance.
VI. Training Commitment
Members agree to:
Attend all required weekly rehearsals, technique classes, and conditioning sessions.
Respect the time commitments of instructors and teammates.
Communicate anticipated absences, vacations, or personal time in advance.
Creators Club respects Members’ lives and commitments outside of the Studio. Occasional absences are permitted when communicated ahead of time.
Team Captains serve as the primary contact for attendance and internal team coordination. Company leadership may step in as needed.
VII. Attendance Policy
Attendance is expected for all scheduled team activities.
Advance communication to Team Captains is required for any absence.
Creators Club will not add extra mandatory rehearsals or extend scheduled rehearsal times in order to respect Members’ time.
Repeated uncommunicated absences may impact roles, formations, or team standing.
Performances, competitions, and showcases remain high-priority commitments.
VIII. Conduct & Behavior
Members must follow the Creators Club Code of Conduct & Policies, as published on the Creators Club website and updated from time to time. The Code of Conduct is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is binding for the full season.
Violations may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or dismissal from the team.
Rehearsal footage, choreography in progress, formations, music edits, and other team materials may not be posted or shared publicly, including on social media, without prior approval from Company leadership. The only exception is designated choreography projects that have been approved for posting. All other rehearsal content may only be shared after the official end of the season.
IX. Performances, Events & Team Experiences
Members agree to:
Participate in scheduled showcases, competitions, and events unless otherwise approved.
Attend all required rehearsals leading up to performances.
Communicate with Team Captains in advance if unable to attend a scheduled performance or event.
Optional team experiences may include bonding activities, a seasonal retreat, and an end-of-season banquet. These are not mandatory, but strongly encouraged to foster connection and community.
X. Uniforms, Costumes & Apparel
There is no required team apparel for Training Team Members.
Creators Club may provide optional team or program-specific merchandise at no cost when applicable.
Members are responsible for obtaining required costumes for performances and sets.
Costume fees are non-refundable once purchased.
All items must be maintained in good condition and worn as instructed.
XI. Financial Commitment
Members agree to all tuition, team fees, costume fees, and additional costs associated with the season.
Membership fees cover all standard training expenses, as well as the end-of-season banquet and seasonal retreat, unless otherwise communicated by the Company.
Current tuition and fee amounts are outlined in the official Season Fee Schedule provided by the Company and incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
Payments must be made on time according to the Company’s billing schedule.
Missed rehearsals or events do not qualify for refunds or credits.
Failure to remain current on payments may result in suspension or removal from the team.
XII. Injuries & Health
Members must disclose any injuries or medical conditions that may affect participation.
Participation is at the Member’s own risk.
Creators Club is not responsible for injuries sustained during training or performances.
XIII. Media Release
Members grant Creators Club permission to use photos and videos taken during classes, rehearsals, performances, and events for promotional and educational purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.
XIV. Team Placement & Artistic Decisions
Team placement, choreography, roles, and formations are at the sole discretion of the Company. Decisions are final and based on training, attendance, performance, and overall contribution to the team.
XV. Dismissal, Adjustments & Program Changes
Creators Club reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to programming, staffing, or structure as needed to best serve the team and community.
Creators Club reserves the right to dismiss a Member for:
Violation of this Agreement or the Code of Conduct
Ongoing attendance or behavioral concerns
Failure to meet financial obligations
No refunds will be issued in the event of dismissal.
XVI. Governing Terms
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which Creators Club operates. By signing, the Member acknowledges understanding and acceptance of all terms outlined above.
XVII. Acknowledgement & Agreement
By signing below, the Member confirms they have:
Read and understood this Training Team Contract
Read and agreed to the Creators Club Code of Conduct & Policies
Accepted that violations of the Code of Conduct constitute violations of this Agreement
The Member agrees to comply with all Company policies, behavioral standards, wellness expectations, and disciplinary procedures for the duration of the season.
